FAQ: How to Order a License Key, Order Processing

You can order software via this methods:

• Secured Online Order Form (preferred)
• Fax: [++43] (0)7252 / 72720-77
• written order (also by email)

Your order should contain the following information:

• System ID (required only for single or workstation licenses - see dialog License... shown after right-clicking the ActiveX^® Control or in the License dialog
• Name of the licensee (in most cases your company)
• Number of licenses needed
• Kind of license (Single, Site, Developer, Web...)
• 1D or 2D License (Barcode Products only)
• Accurate company name including billing address, phone, email, contact person, payment method, signature (fax)
• VAT-ID: For orders from within the European Union (EU) the value added tax identification number of the enterprise (when there are holdings with subsidiaries or branched enterprises please take care to indicate the correct VAT-ID). Without this ID a tax-free delivery is not possible (this is only relevant within the EU).

With TBarCode or TConnector: Right-click on the inserted ActiveX object. Select from the appearing context menu [TBarCode-Object or TConnector-Object] - [License]. If there is no context menu,switch to design mode first.

In TFORMer, TWedge, Barcode Studio (and other TEC-IT software) the SystemID can be found in the product's License Dialog under the Help menu. On UNIX and Linux systems, provide the hostname of the target system as for the System-ID.

Payment can be done by:
