FAQs About Ordering, Payment and Delivery

You can order software via the following methods:

• Secured Online Order Form (preferred)

• Written order per post (or by email)
• Or via our resellers

Payment can be done by:

• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex)
  preferred payment method for easy and fast processing
• On account
  normally we deliver promptly - but we reserve the right on prepayment via pro forma invoice
• Cheque or money transfer (purchase orders)

Of course you will receive an invoice as PDF file. Due to legal regulations, customers from Germany and Austria also receive a printed invoice via mail.

Your order should contain the following information:

• Accurate company name including legal form (= billing address), address, phone, email, contact person, payment method, signature (fax)
• Name of the licensee (in most cases your company)
• VAT-ID: For orders from within the European Union (EU) the value added tax identification number of the enterprise (when there are holdings with subsidiaries or branched enterprises please take care to indicate the correct VAT-ID). Without this ID a tax-free delivery is not possible (this is only relevant within the EU).
• Desired product and license type

We respect your privacy and treat your data strictly confidential (see Data Privacy).

As delivery you will receive a license key. This license key is used to unlock the software, so you will have no more demo limitations. (There is no need to download the software again.) On Austrian working days you will usually receive the license key within four hours after we received your order.

The license key is based on the following key values and defines the scope and use of the ordered software:

• The licensed product (e. g. TBarCode 1D - version 9)
• System-ID (only necessary for single licenses)
• Name of the licensee
• License type (e. g. Single, Site, Developer, Web/Server License...)
• Number of licenses
