For production critical applications we offer update service and priority support (including regular product updates). For individual offers and special service contracts contact us!

Only the current product version is covered by maintenance (e.g. with bug- or hot-fixes). If possible we support customers with outdated versions as well on a goodwill basis.

Will I be Charged with Value Added Tax?

Customers outside the European Union (Africa, Americas, Asia, Australia) are never charged with VAT, VAT applies only to customers within the European Union if no valid VAT-ID is provided. Additional taxes or fees are not charged.
