Barcode REST API
Request a barcode by URL and get an image back – no installation, no platform lock-in, the same engine behind every TEC-IT product.
Not every application can host a component. The TBarCode API turns barcode generation into a plain HTTP request: pass data and symbology as parameters, receive a ready image – from web backends, mobile apps, low-code tools or scripts on any operating system.
Request barcode images from the applications and services you already run. Send the data and barcode settings over HTTP, then use the returned image.
Data and symbology go in as URL parameters; a barcode image comes back.
Anything that speaks HTTP works – .NET, Java, PHP, Python, Node, low-code tools.
Identical output to the SDKs and desktop products – 100+ symbologies, standards-compliant.
A small HTTP integration connects your application to barcode generation.
Pass the data and barcode type from your application to the service in a web request.
Choose the supported image format and resolution your document, screen or print workflow needs.
Embed the barcode image in your application or pass it into the next document and output step.
Reliable infrastructure
Your application sends a request; the service returns a standards-compliant barcode ready for screen, print or label.
How companies run identification, labeling and data capture on TEC-IT software – in production, logistics and IT.
