TEC-IT is hiring for Inside Sales and Account Development from 16 hours per week in Steyr.

Your tasks

Qualify inbound inquiries and existing contacts and actively develop them further
Understand customer needs and present the right software solutions
Prepare quotes, follow up, resolve objections and bring deals to signature
Use cross- and upselling potential with international customers
Document activities and next steps cleanly in the CRM
Feed market and customer feedback back to product management and development

What you bring

A strong will to close and genuine enjoyment of committed customer communication
Initiative, pace and the discipline to follow up on opportunities consistently
Very good German and English
Interest in software and the ability to explain its value clearly
First sales experience helps; strong practical examples from studies, projects or side jobs count just as much

Salary

With the corresponding classification as a career starter, the minimum base salary under the collective agreement starts at EUR 2,420 gross per month on a full-time basis. Part-time is paid pro rata; depending on the role, classification, qualifications and experience, the higher applicable collective-agreement minimum or an overpayment applies.
