ERRCODE BCDeInitLibrary (  )  De-initializes TBarCode Library (UNIX and Windows CE only). Must be called before terminating the application or before unloading TBarCode Library. Return values: ERRCODE  ErrOk (0) in case of success. Non-zero if error occurred.
