Saves barcode as image into a memory buffer (extended version, Windows only).
Like BCSaveImageToBuffer() with the additional possibility to specify the image quality. For a description refer to BCSaveImageEx(). - Note:

| [in] | dXRes | X-Resolution of the image [pixels / inch]. |
