Enumerations for all supported bearer bar types

Enumerator:

eBearerBar_None	=0: No bearer bar.
eBearerBar_TopAndBottom	=1: Bearer Bar is drawn on top and bottom of the bar code.
eBearerBar_Rectangle	=2: Bearer Bar is drawn on all sides of the bar code.
eBearerBar_Top	=3: Bearer Bar is drawn on the upper side of the bar code.
eBearerBar_Bottom	=4: Bearer Bar is drawn on the bottom side of the bar code.
