TECIT_DLLSPEC LONG TFormer_GetOSPrintersCount ( HTFORM  pInstance  )  Returns the number of (operating system) printers available for the current user. Remarks: If the internal structures are not initialized, this function will call TFormer_RefreshOSPrinters automatically. Returns: - Number of (operating system) printers [0..n].
