Create a LibLoader object which can create an interface of a certain type from either a Windows Dll or a Linux shared library, depending on the current execution platform.

Parameters

interfaceType	Type of the interface that is to be implemented from the Dll
nameWindows	name of the Dll on Windows
nameWindowsx64	name of the x64 Dll on Windows
nameUnix	name of the shared library on Unix
